Just updated to the latest version on my iPad and the music volume is super low. If I turn it up, the trainer’s voice is too loud. Please fix. Rather hear the music instead of the trainer!

Over a year and a half and still no fix on this?
I imagine Fitbit has lost a lot of users who didn’t bother to voice the issue in the community forum.

This is ridiculous. I’m so disappointed by this, but I NEED to hear the music. I can’t use this app anymore 😞

I recently started using FitBit Coach and have the same issue (on my iPhone). Is it really possible that, three years on, this problem has not been fixed? If I turn the music volume up, the coach’s voice is terrifyingly loud!
