My 1 year free trial of Fitbit Premium is not showing up on google play

On Monday my wife received a Fitbit Inspire 2 in the mail. I set up the app on her Samsung Galaxy phone and signed her up for 1 year of free Fitbit Premium using google play payment information. When I check her subscriptions on Google Play, I see the Fitbit subscription will charge her the monthly rate starting in a year.

No problem right? Well, I received my Fitbit inspire 2 in the mail on Wednesday. I set up the app on my phone and when it was time to choose an option for the free Fitbit premium, it said I was already subscribed? I thought that was odd. On my Fitbit app, it says I have premium, but when I go to google play on my account, it says I have no subscriptions.

I used chat support on Fitbit's app and website. They said that my wife does not have a premium subscription even though her Fitbit app says she does, and her google play says she does. Yet they say that I do have a subscription to Fitbit premium with the ending date the same as what is on my wife's google play even though on my google play I do not see any subscription at all.

I think something happened because I have both my wife and my google accounts on my phone to check emails and such. Somehow, my wife's premium membership was attributed to me. The odd thing is both of our Fitbit apps say we have premium.

Is there anyone who can help me figure out how to get both our google play accounts to show our premium trial memberships? I'm afraid that somehow somewhere I'm going to be charged, and I don't even know where the payment details of my subscription are.

Please help.
