My premium is paid for but not showing

My free trial expired so I paid for renewal by an annual subscription on 25th June. Support said it’s expired in an email but didn’t read my message which said I had paid. Now it’s been a week and no one is answering my return email. How can I contact someone? Don’t want to have to ask my bank to recover funds…

There customer service chat has been purported to be the quickest way to reach.

@Daen I've moved your premium question to the premium board.

To contact fitbit:

  • Tap your profile picture on top right corner / Tap Contact Support
  • Tap the link to help, found below / Tap contact support.
  • Or in the Fitbit app? / Tap profile picture / Under Help / Tap support.

Twitter or online chat is usually the best avenues to support.

Hi Rich

Thanks for the escalation  however now three weeks in with two emails two live chats and one call but still no response to my query. Disappointed that my attempts to communicate are not being heard.

@Daen Thank you for getting back. Sorry to hear that you decided to ask for a refund. Hope you could give a Fitbit another opportunity in the future.

Have a nice day.
