NOT notified about a 1 year Premium subscription plan!

I bought a Sense in April 2021, and got the 6-month free trial. That was very nice! However, once the trial expired, I received NO notice of the expiration NOR that there is a less expensive 1-year subscription! I went thru ALL my emails from Fitbit - NOTHING!

Why didn't that happen?!

 

Sooo, since I have been OVERPAYING for 3 months (on a MONTH-by-month Premium subscription), I would like the $9.99 x 3 payments applied to a 1-year subscription! (I think that will suffice for the LACK of plan transparency!)

 

How do I get that to happen?!

Replying to myself for anyone following this.

I spent quite bit of time chatting AND talking with Fitbit support. Long story, short - I was just bluntly told that what I was asking for "is not an option"!

Luckily I paid for this thru Paypal, so I will see what they can do about this covert greed.
