If I register a new replacement Inspire 2 to my Fitbit account, will I get a second free 12 month period of Premium?
Or do I need to set up a new Fitbit account for the new Fitbit?

Hi @Extreme_One if you read the sales information, the free Premium is usually free if you haven't had a free period before. Many have solved this by cancelling the first one in order to take advantage of the new one.
As for responses on the community forums, we're all just users of the device and not employees of the company. Sometimes people respond quickly and other times they have no answer, which means no response.
