No sleep score neither sleep analysis showing

Have Charge 3 and bought it last Nov 3. So far since the time bought it it has been showing sleep score and analysis but this morning when I synch my data to my phone (Android) it shows 0 restless and 0 awake but the graph shows some awake. Further it did not show any sleep score and sleep analysis (deep and REM).

Anyone having the same issue?

I can confirm that our team is aware of the sleep showing zero for restless and awake data. Since your Charge 3 isn't showing sleep stages or sleep score please restart your tracker and check the following scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern instead of sleep stages: 

• If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
• If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
• If you slept for less than 3 hours.
• If your device’s battery is critically low.
