Not able to download the Wellness Report

Does anyone have any actual useful information for how to get your wellness report to actually generate? I’ve had (uninterrupted) Premium since July 2022 and I have never, not even once, been able to get my Wellness Report, and I cannot find any thread that has any useful information.

 

Every other Premium feature works as normal. No matter how many times I go and request my report in Step #2, I never get the notification that it is ready, so there is never anything to download.

 

I have never once received an error message, I only ever get the “Your Wellness Report is on the way!” message every single time after I request it.

 

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app completely, but has not solved  anything either.

 

I clearly understood the how to request it, and I already know how to check my phone for downloaded files, but obviously that is useless since I never get the download to begin with.

I’m attaching the below screenshots so when the inevitable “have you tried turning it on and off” type of generic response appears, it’s known that I have clearly understood the how to request it.

While I believe you have tried all the suggested solutions on the community, I would be happy to help you further. Can you please confirm if you are receiving any other notifications from Fitbit?

 

For instance, after completing an ECG assessment, you should receive a notification containing the full report. This information will help me to understand if the problem is specific to this particular notification, or if there might be a broader issue with notifications on your device. Please let me know, and I will do my best to assist you with resolving this issue.
