Not able to reply in the Community

Now in addition to a significant deterioration of the Fitbit app and functionality the ability to reply to comments in the community appears to be disabled. The only good thing is my watch is almost out of the warranty period so will likely stop working and I can purchase a new fitness watch. It won’t be a Fitbit, Apple or Google product however.

It's unfortunate to hear about the issues you're having with your watch and the community. The inability to reply to comments is indeed frustrating. Can you please tell me if you see any kind of error message or if the reply option is simply grayed out?

While it's sad to hear you're leaving the Fitbit family, you can always take a look at our online store to see if our devices can still meet your needs.
