Can you please reopen the premium contents? My subscription was auto renewed at the end of the free trial but my account has reverted to “non premium” and all premium contents are locked. NOT HAPPY 😡

I have and they aren’t very helpful at this stage and keeps missing the point. I now have Apple confirming they have my payment for the 1 year subscription but Fitbit is just beating round the bush and not helping to resolve the matter.
