Paid for Fitbit Premium but not working on the app

Hi everyone,

 

Quick question for you: My annual Fitbit premium subscription just renewed but my app doesn’t have the premium setting anymore. I’ve tried restoring purchases, I’ve also cancel the subscription and then resubscribed and still nothing. So I am currently paying for something I’m not getting.

 

Can anyone help?

I'm not sure if it matters, but which of the 3 ways to pay was used? 

But I agree contact fitbit, tap on your profile pict found in the top right.
