Paying for premium but not getting Premium

My Premium service stopped between May or June. My husband has been paying each month I found and when I contacted Customer Service they said Premium was currently paid up to date.

no explanation for not receiving service.

Any explanation??

I paid for a year of Premium on 4/7/21 and mine quit working on 10/24.  To set up a Premium challenge I get the notice to Try Premium for 6 months and then pay 9.99 per month.  I have done the Chat feature with Fitbit twice on 10/24 to which they advised my issue was "escalated" and I would be contacted via email.  I received an email on 10/26 from a Nanette B with Fitbit wanting me to send them a receipt from my purchase of the year subscription.  I don't have a receipt so I emailed them a pic of credit card statement showing the purchase on 10/26 and I have heard nothing further from Fitbit.  I just figured out how to go into my subscriptions through fitbit.com and took a screen shot showing I purchased a year subscription on 4/7/21 and that it expires on 4/7/22.  I hope Fitbit gets it together and responds to me soon or just turn my subscription back on because I'm getting tired of emailing them every few days only to be met with crickets!☹️
