Please add more guided programs as I have already done the ones released at least three times each. Ideas: a program for getting into something creative, meditation for beginners and advanced, healthy eating (meal prep and easy recipes), de clutter your house, stop using screens so much, indoor workouts (due to current climate would be nice to have a program just for social isolation), more interactive sleep program including a place to journal and mediate within the program.

Please add content for social distancing maybe a guided program for at home workouts and meditation and cooking with staples or frozen canned food.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback in the forums, this helps us to continue improving and adding new features to Premium. I noticed that you already posted these ideas in our Feature Suggestion board Make meditation and sleep sounds stay on when not in app and More guided programs users can vote and comment on them support them.
