This is subscription software 101. It's baffling that with such a large development team, it's still required for the user to cancel their subscription, wait until their subscription is fully cancelled on the last day of their monthly subscription, and then resubscribe for an annual plan.
Is there a reason that a user can't simply change from monthly to annual in the middle of their subscription period? Or is this just simply too hard for Fitbit's team to implement?
