Premium 6 month trial cancelled after 3 days of signing up

Dear FitBit,

 
I have raised this issue Google Play, who has been uhelpful and referred me to you.
 
I signed up for Fitbit premium through the Fitbit app as a free 6-month trial was offered. 
 
After signing up, I received several emails from Google Play urging me to open the Fitbit app. Please see the attached screenshot. I opened the app - as I do multiple times a day.
 
Today, I received an e-mail stating that my free trial had been cancelled because I had yet to open the app. 
 
I have assured Google Play and can assure you that I open and use my Fitbit app daily, so I do not understand why my trial was cancelled.
 
Please can you reinstate my 6-month free trial?

To look into this, may I know if you've tried starting your free trial from the Fitbit app one more time? If not, please give it a try with the instructions from this help article.

On the other hand, if the issue persists, let me know whether you see an error message displayed or if something different happened. It seems the screenshot wasn't attached correctly, so please try adding it in your reply by following these steps.
