I need help because I DL the fit bit game app to help get more exercise but it's not working properly. Keeps having me signing in over and over and never go any further.

Based in what you mentioned, it seems that you're trying to connect Fitbit with a third-party account. Please make sure you're following this procedure: 

 

  1. Log in to your account on the app or website of a company that offers Fitbit integration
  2. Find the section for connecting another account. This section is often called "Apps" or "Connect."
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.
