I'm trying to cancel my Premium Subscription but haven't been able to. Fitbit tells me Digital River provides my Premium Subscription and I can't cancel with them. Digital River says only Fitbit can cancel it and sends me back to Fitbit. Neither company will take responsibility. Very disappointed in Fitbit. My bad, I guess, for not understanding the Subscription was managed by a different company. Only other solution is to have my credit card company handle it as a fraudulent charge unless someone in the forum has a solution.

@cjg2teach Welcome to the Fitbit community.

You most likely set up your premium subscription through the app store or Google Play Store. Depending on if you're on an iPhone or Android. Go to the store that you have and look for the subscriptions area. You should see Fitbit Premium there. You can cancel at any time but still have premium until the date it shows.

On Android, in the Play Store app, I tap my account profile in the top right corner, and there's "Payments and Subscriptions".

Thank you. I appreciate the suggestion but when first beginning this odyssey I double checked at my app store - Google Play. I have no subscriptions set up through my app store, and not even a valid credit card. I purchased my Sense directly from Fitbit, began a free trial of Premium which then resulted in a monthly or yearly fee. Premium is great. I just don't want it anymore.

In the Fitbit app, under account settings, where does this option take you?

I had the same issue…but in the corresponding email that Digital River sent (one with the invoice and one other) there was a link that took me to Fitbit online where I could manage my subscription. Look in your email and see if that helps! It is a shifty way of hiding payment details, that’s for darn sure!
