Hello, I subscribed to premium for 2 month and it ended yesterday, this has shown up as ended also on my subscription list on iPhone.
However the premium still works and shows on my phone. Please can you explain why it still works when I’ve clearly cancelled the subscription.

@SunsetRunner Hi there. Thanks for the screenshots attached.
I appreciate the details mentioned. I've noticed this has happened to other users, where Fitbit Premium is cancelled but it still shows on the app, be sure that since it has expired it will be removed from the account.
If you'd like it to be removed, try logging out from the app and force quitting it.
