I purchased my Fitbit sense around the 24th of July 2022. Just yesterday when I checked my app it said that my app was outdated and I couldn't access the premium features. So I uninstalled and install the app again and now it just says I do not have a premium subscription.
I'm a completely new user so I'm a bit puzzled as to why this happened. does anyone have any similar experiences?

Yeah this also happened to me I bought my first fitbit product, also a sense, on the 28th of July 2022 and since I updated it this afternoon my account is saying that I no longer have a subscription because it has expired, even though the fitbit comes with the 6 month subscription. I am also a new user, hopefully it is just a bug and the subscription can be given back.
