Premium membership but no Health Metrics

I am on a trial fitbit premium membership for my charge 4, but on the app I don't see the option of Health Metrics. How to enable this option? I'm using a Samsung S8 and Health Metrics is definitely supported on the UK region.

I have managed to resolve the issue. 

1. I have Samsung S8 running Android 9.

2. I logged out of the App. 

3. Force stopped the App. 

4. Logged back in. 

5. Health Metrics popped up. 

 

Looking forward to the new update where SP02 values are displayed. If what reports are saying are true, see no point having Premium membership if they going to give Health Metrics to all users for free.
