My Fitbit One had the Health Metrics until I renewed my premium subscription 3 days ago. Is this a glitch or are the metrics not available with premium?

My problem is not resolved. My premium membership renewed on 11/18/2021, which was the day that the health metrics stopped working. Daily readiness also stopped working. Stress management stopped working. I don't understand the point of having a premium membership if things aren't going to work.

@tamlin1 Thank you for getting back to me with this information. Please confirm that you've followed the suggested here: Why don’t I see a daily readiness score in the Fitbit app?
Please note that the daily readiness score is available to Fitbit Premium members using these devices:
- Fitbit Charge 5
- Fitbit Inspire 2
- Fitbit Luxe
- Fitbit Sense
- Fitbit Versa 2
- Fitbit Versa 3
If you haven't done it already, please visit this article, open the menu "Why don’t I see my stress management score in the Fitbit app?" and follow the instructions. In addition, you can restart your Fitbit device by following these steps. Your stress management score is available for Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Charge 5, Fitbit Inspire 2, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Versa 2, and Fitbit Versa 3 users.
Hope that helps.

@Guitarplayer Thanks for adding your comment. Some users will be able to see this tile if they have connected any of the Fitbit devices listed above, even if they aren't using it at the moment. This might be the case.
See you around.

No, I don't. I have an Inspire2. I made a mistake. Not receiving data on my Inspire2 was happening.

It wasn't the case. I saw the tile. There wasn't data. I deleted the app, reset my Inspire2 and the next day the data began again. Looks like it's just wonky and might come and go, requiring a reset from time to time. That's not ideal but "power cycling" of PCs are common so we'll just have to take the good with the bad.
Thanks for all the help.

@tamlin1 Thanks for the clarification and for reporting the steps you've tried to see daily readiness and stress management score.
In the future, please take in consideration that in order to get stress management score. You need to verify these details:
-
Wear your device for at least 1 full day and night. In the morning, sync your device and check your score.
-
Take at least 500 steps during the day.
-
Make sure your device can track your heart rate. For more information, see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
And always check these other requirements for daily readiness score:
-
The Fitbit app must be on version 3.49 or higher. For more information on updating the Fitbit app, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
- You must be a Fitbit Premium member using a compatible device. For a list of compatible devices, see Who can see a daily readiness score in the Fitbit app?
- To receive your first daily readiness score, you must wear your Fitbit device continuously for at least 4 days and nights. To continue receiving a score, wear your device 4+ nights per week.
- If you already received your first score, make sure you wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night), then check your score after you wake up in the morning. To see a daily readiness score, you must wear your Fitbit device for at least 14 hours.
- Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting.
- Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.
Hope this helps.
