Hi, I had to change to a new phone yesterday and unlike previous changeover, my premium membership did not changeover with it!! I have reconnected my Charge 3 to the phone but it is still asking if I want to join premium!

Hi @Happydiver you using the same email address? Your email address IS your account. Not sure what happened. Have you tried logging out and back in?

Yes, everything is exactly as it was. I have "restored purchases" and it says I am still paying, but the settings that were transferred were from 2015 when I didn't have premium and I had a different fitbit!

@Happydiver I've asked a Fitbit moderator to stop by to see what's going on. A Moderator has that title under their name, so you know who they are.
