Premium on my fiance's app doesn't show a lot

My fiance and I just bought a fitbit inspire 2.. we subscribed to the premium.. It works for me but the premium on my fiances app doesn't show alot at all. Can you please help me!?

You’ll need to be more specific, maybe even post a screenshot if you can.  I’m not sure if you can post a pic until a mod gives you clearance or not though.
