Premium paid for but not allowing me to use

I paid thec$79.99 for Premium over a month ago. But Fitbit has not put it on my charger 4. Has anyone else had this issue ?

Hi, @samjohnson1 welcome, I recommend you contact "Customer Support" here use the Chat facility or phone to get the quickest response. You will need your email (the one you registered with) and the date you paid to expedite a response.

No They claim no record yet my bank credit card shows 2/26/21 trans date and 2/28/21 post date. I feel it is a rip and run !

I would check with your bank, they may have more info, like a transaction number. You also should have received a confirmation email. 

I've also moved your post to the premium board.
