Fitbit Premium will provide a sleep analysis based on the data tracked by your Fitbit. It sounds like you're not getting sleep stages everyday.
There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:
If after checking the information above, your sleep isn't tracked as expected, let me know the Fitbit model that you have.
