Premium sleep data not showing at all

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Ever since added the Premium it has not analyzed my sleep successfully. Now this morning when I went to check it in the app it had no analyzation at all. When I first bought the watch it had the graft showing your breathing and also showing if you had some high points that has totally went away and I don’t know where to find it any longer. It did give me my hour slept, but the last couple of day **ahem** on showed half the nights, start and stop sleep times are correct and everything shows on.

@Mgarton Welcome to the Fitbit Community. I appreciate the details mentioned.

Please confirm that your Versa 2 is tracking sleep stages, this to ensure that you have the analysis of sleep duration and sleeping heart rate & restlessness. If it's tracking sleep stages, let me know which data isn't showing on your sleep graphs, to assist further.

In regards to the health metrics data that's not showing, check out the following:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night). Check your stats after you wake up in the morning. Note: skin temperature requires 3 nights of data.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting. If you experience any discomfort, loosen the band, and if it persists give your wrist a break by taking it off.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.
  • To track your blood oxygen saturation, confirm you have an SpO2 clock face installed (available on Ionic, Sense, and Versa series) or the SpO2 app (available on Sense and Versa 3). For more information, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
