I have a Fitbit charge 4 with annual premium subscription, the illumination on the display is so bad I cannot read it unless in the dark, I have upgraded to to charge 5, I should get 6 months free premium subscription, but the terms say if I have a current account I cannot credit this. Is this fair?

It would be a pleasure to explain this a little more for you. You do have the option to redeem the free 6 month trial that belongs to your Charge 5 but only after your current annual Premium Subscription expired. Take in mind that you need to cancel the annual subscription before this happens, otherwise you will be automatically charge for a new annual subscription
