I get charged every month for a premium subscription, yet when I log in to the dashboard (https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/account/subscriptions) it says my subscription expired. My iPhone Fitbit app also wants me to "subscribe" to premium. So what gives? Did I miss a connection step?
I tried the support chat on Twitter and Fitbit.com. Twitter didn't answer and the website chat said someone would email me later. I'm disappointed!
