Premium subscription through iPhone no longer works

I have subscription until next year but the app no longer says I have a subscription. I’ve tried reinstalling but still says “Try premium subscription” you click it and then try to buy the subscriptions says oh you already have a subscription.

@Jeffchitown Welcome back to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting performed. 

 

Since you mentioned that the app was uninstalled, I'd like you to make sure you're logged into the same account that you were previously. This could be the reason why the subscription isn't displaying. 

 

If you're logged in the correct account, try get in touch with our Support team, they'll continue assisting you.
