I have pre-ordered for the pixel but my free premium trial has already begun. It can take a month to get a pretrial order. Why has my premium trials started already?
I'm very unhappy about this and I'm a new customer. I have no way of using your premium trial without my device. I just chatted with somebody and they said I could explore things on premium trial well I wait for my device to arrive. Joke!
Granting somebody a premium trial without them being able to use it on their new device is not a positive marketing experience for a new customer. Somebody needs to explain this to management and that to your marketing department. The first thing that you've accomplished is making your new customer angry.
