After 3 happy years with my Charge 3 i just upgraded to the Charge 4. My wife did the same and got a free trial of 3 months premium. I did not, because i apparantly accepted a 7-day trial 3 yerars ago. What kind of loyalty reward is that?
Im honestly so pissed about this kind of approach that i consider to return the thing and go for another brand instead.

I agree. I've only upgraded when my device fails, but the fact that you're spending so much more--and usually only due to the lack of device support--and don't get any offers is disappointing.

@Papand you should be able to activate it as far as I know. Try logging out and back in to your Fitbit app and see if the trial option appears.
