Six months ago I purchased an inspire 2 which was advertised with one year premium membership included, however it wasn’t there. Contacted Fitbit who activated just 6 months. That expired this month and I have purchased an Inspire 3 which is advertised with 6 months premium free…. again I can’t access it. Can anyone advise me please?
*UPDATE. I had to uninstall the app, reboot the device and my phone and finally the premium trial was available.
