I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app
I have logged out, switched off my phone and logged back in again
I wear my FitBit 24/7
What else could I be doing to switch on this functionality?

Thanks for sharing that you have the Alta HR, and the steps that you've tried so far. I'd like to inform you that the readiness core will only be generated if a supported device is connected to your account. Currently, the supported devices include the Charge 5, Charge 6, Inspire 3, Luxe, Versa 3, Versa 4, and Sense series. You can find more information here.
I know this is an inconvenience, and I apologize for any frustration it may have caused. We continue working on every device to improve our members' experience, and feedback like yours helps us to make that happen.
