Redeemed a gift card but no subscription in my account

I got a 1-year fitbit premium membership gift card off bestbuy yesterday and went ahead to redeem it on fitbit.com/redeem

After the signon prompt the page was automatically shut down and no subscription showed up in my fitbit account

I guessed it might be a network issue so I tried to redeem the gift card again but it said it's already activated.

So now basically I'm left with a void gift card and no premium subscription. Please guide me through if you have any idea on this.
