Sense won't track daily readiness score

I am having the same problems, ever since the temp readings stopped working I haven’t had a readiness score, even though skin temp readings are now working again. I also just paid for a year subscription to premium after the free trial ended.

@Lvlup I've moved your post to this new thread so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for the details provided and the time taken while checking other threads in the Help Forums. While I'm glad you're getting skin temperature readings, let me explain that the daily readiness score is generated based on your activity, sleep and heart-rate variability (HRV). That being said, please verify the following:

 

  • Wear your watch for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night).
  • Make sure the back of your watch is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting.
  • Your watch needs at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep, the sleep session is too short or the sleep stages weren't recorded, you might not get a reading.
  • Double check if the Fitbit app is updated and your Sense is syncing correctly.

 

If the issue persists after taking these conditions into consideration, reply back with the model and OS version of your phone to investigate on my end.

I'm in the same boat this morning. (Friday, April 8). I also had the temperature issue (now resolved) and woke up to "No readiness score."  

 

I always wear my fitbit during the day and to sleep.

I got almost 6 1/2hrs sleep last night

My sense syncs fine.

 

***EDIT*** Readiness Score appeared 2 hours after I noticed my other stats were updated.
