Hello! I’m having trouble accessing my Fitstar Premium account. It’s not allowing me to do sessions (I can still do the freestyle sessions, locked and unlocked but not the program) and it says that I have only subscribed to it for a day. I purchased it with the same email I used when I got Fitbit coach premium. Any help would be great!

Thanks for letting me know that you're trying to unlock FitStar Yoga workouts. Since you subscribed to Fitbit Premium membership, you'll get the following features:
- Guided Programs
- Personalized insights
- Premium Challenges
- Fitbit Coach
- Mindfulness
However, FitStar Yoga is a different service and you will need to buy that subscription separately. Keep in mind that it's only available for iOS users.

In order to subscribe again to FitStar Yoga, you may want to do the same procedure the first time:
- Go to FitStar Yoga app
- Subscriptions > Choose your program
- Manage your subscription from Apple store

I have this same problem. FitStar yoga says I have premium subscription but those premium workouts are not available; I can only do freestyle (locked and unlocked). How can I fix this? Thanks!
