I’ve got a bit of a problem. I had a membership while ago and premium before they changed everything. They offered me another premium membership for six months, so I tried to join it but cancelled After straightaway because I was a bit not sure what to do, and now I’ve only got one month, free I tried to call them and they checked on their computers kept getting back to me etc etc and then I got cut off without any resolution but I think I need more than a month to actually make sure that I want or don’t want this app because it’s changed so much does anyone have any suggestions

Thanks for the information and the time taken to contact our Support team. I understand your concern and my best advice is to keep using the Fitbit app as you normally do, to get familiar with its navigation, the features and overall environment. While the look of the Fitbit app changed, please know all the features and data recorded with your Fitbit device will continue being visible and available for you.
I'd also recommend checking our Help Site and Fitbit Community Blog where you'll find articles with more information about the new Fitbit app.
