So I stared the free trial of health coaching and to my dismay, the coach never really replies and has not tried to really "set up" anything with me. Now I understand this is maybe because its a 'free trail' but still, they should try to keep you from not wanting to continue by at least doing what the description says they'll do?
I contacted fitbit because you can't just cancel the free trail by yourself (I do not agree with this way of handling the service at all!) To avoid getting charged for a service I'm not even able to really use.
They stated they would send it to the correct department to have it canceled and I would be notified by email when it was canceled on the 20th which is when the trial ends. I tried to see why it couldn't be canceled before the trail ends to ensure I wasn't charged and against hey repeated it was a different department.
My question is this, has anyone experienced similar and were you charged for the account? Did the coach also not respond to you? And why can't we cancel this on our own?

Health Coaching is limited to Fitbit customers 18 years of age and older who are in the United States. An error in our system made this offer visible to you. We corrected the error since then. We can’t offer you Health Coaching at this time. We’re sorry for any frustration this causes, and we appreciate your understanding.
No action is required. We cancelled your Health Coaching trial. You won’t be charged. After the cancellation, the conversation with your coach became read-only.
Although you no longer have access to Health Coaching, you retain access to Fitbit Premium.

I am 32 years old? And it still shows up on my Fitbit today page so is it really cancelled?

This doesn't help and now you've got me worried you've got me mixed up with another dez? which is in the united states' lol please reply
