Signed up for 90-free trial but was charged

Don't be fooled like me! After signing up for the free fitbit 90 day Premium trial I luckily noticed I'd been charged for £7.99 from my bank account.  It isn't free if you have previously used a free trial.  This is not flagged up when you sign up for it so be careful.

How do I cancel my Premium?  Has not worked right since I started it.

I got an offer on the app for the 90 day free trial and accepted, but was immediately charged, and am due to be charged again in a month.

I have not previously activated a free trial for Fitbit Premium.

@SunsetRunner @Readgm A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried and the details mentioned.

The free trial for Fitbit Premium is for customers who haven’t previously activated a free trial for Fitbit Premium. Thanks for understanding.
