Signed up for 90-free trial but was charged

Hello, 

 

First time Fitbit owner. Just set up my Fitbit inspire HR and the app and a notification about a 90 free trail was on my screen so I clicked it and it only gave me the subscription or yearly purchase options. I though I might have to select one of the options and then it would activate the free trail so that after the 3 months I would be billed however the initial fee (as I selected monthly) has been taken from my account. Please advise if the trail is being offered as I cannot see to find it now through the app and how to set this up.

Anyone new to the Fitbit Premium can get a 90-day free trial of this paid subscription. Since you mentioned that you just set up your Inspire HR and signed up for the 90 day free trial, I've shared your post with our Support team and someone will contact you as soon as possible. 

 

If it has been activated then your Fitbit Premium trial can be found on the Discover tab of the Fitbit app, learn more about it in this article
