I have the same issue. iOS 13.6 on an SE2.

Told live chat it was clearly an app issue as all the data is in the HR displays.

Reset everything as requested anyway but the problem remains.

Just adding to the feed in the hope Fitbit recognizes the problem as the live chat function appears useless in actually triggering resolution and can only offer an inane ‘try resetting’.

So far no sign of a fix of which I’m aware but hopefully the problem is actually being worked.

not only no longer graphing resting HR while sleeping but also deleted all previous graphs.  I’ve rebooted, restarted and updated everything - is there a fix?

I have a premium membership. For the past week or so I have no data on the sleeping heart rate chart. Customer Service seems unreachable by phone or otherwise. I have the most current update 3.27. How do I get someone to address this issue? I’m about to cancel my premium subscription. Not happy. 😡

I rebooted my watch yesterday, as well as the app. That’s all that I did different.

Getting fed up with constant glitches !    what Kind of company sells a product for £250 plus a monthly subscription

then has you talk amongst yourselves to figure out what’s gone wrong??

As for customer service you might as well ring the post office !

Also having the same issue. The app shows my sleep score and all the other metrics are shown besides the HR graph. This has been happening for the last couple days. Even when I go and look at a graph from a few weeks ago it’s not showing when it once did. Any fixes for this? Have tried to delete and reinstall app as well as unpairing my Versa 2. Thanks!

I will have to agree with your comment. A moderator should have by now
jumped on and at least say they are working the problem.

Try rebooting your watch from the settings screen on the watch.

Mine didn’t change yesterday when I rebooted it either. This morning is when it started back up. The previous days didn’t show up. I’m just happy it’s working again. The Restoration chart really helps with my sleep routine.
