My Fitbit Premium (paid subscription) quit providing the Restoration data details about a week ago. I don't know what to do. That information is the only reason I have a paid subscription, and it's missing currently. Does Customer Service exist? Or does anyone have a solution?

I have only received the HR graph on one day since 8/1. I have most current app version 3.27 using Charge 4 with iPhone X. Please fix this and communicate with users ASAP. Lack of response is very frustrating especially because this has been going on for more that two weeks.

@ Rocksandwater : As someone named Karen at birth, please, PLEASE think twice before using my name as a derogatory reference to stereotype a person. No one wants to be stereotyped or insulted. Words matter, usage even more so. Please think about what you will say, will it help the situation and will anyone be hurt by what I say?

Oh my goodness! Now I’m attacking Karens personally? Good grief, I was merely pointing out the distastefulness and futility of posting over and over about how stupid the employees are, or how excited you are to buy a different product When we are merely here to follow a thread that will hopefully eventually provide a resolution. My apologies if that was inherently “personally offensive” I truly had no idea.

@RocksAndWater Calling someone a Karen is racist but of course okay because it’s against white peoples

My Charge 3 Sleep chart stopped showing, came back 1 day, but then hasn’t shown since. I have premium and a iPhone XR. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.
btw...the tread has deteriorated into politics toward the end. They must think this is Twitter.

Yes, graph for restoration heart rates stopped working for me last month, we pay for a premium service... what's the solution???

So I believe that the issue of not showing the sleeping heart rate graph on arises when the sleep session starts before midnight and ends after midnight. If I have a sleep log that went went from 10pm to 6am I get no chart. If I edit that to be 10pm to 11:59 pm or 12:01 pm to 6am I get a chart.
