Sleeping heart rate available just with Premium

Perhaps Im late to the party here but I absolutely cant believe FitBit locks your sleeping heart rate information up behind a monthly premium. Are you serious? This is why we bought your produc, to track our heart rate for us, Now you want to charge us twice? This overpriced obnoxious piece of rubber just became useless to me, thanks so much. I'm a pacemaker dependent disabled person on a fixed income who deals with massive arrhythmia interfering with my sleep. Disabled people and elderly people are on a seriously fixed income, you're not just selling to runners, you're selling to people who are trying not to die or who cant afford to to to the ER everytime they pass out. Well done, vultures.

Hi @CardiacAttack. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delay.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the Premium features and let me help you with your inquiries. As you may know, Fitbit Premium is a new and optional service for those who want to personalized training, insights, and other features, that are not offered on the normal account. Let me clarify that no feature have been removed from the non Premium accounts and moved to Premium. This means that you'll continue having access to the same features offered to any Fitbit Family member, such as the sleep patterns, sleep stages, sleep scores and the time spent on each sleep stage. On the other hand, the Premium members will receive that information plus sleeping heart rate, restlessness and the analysis of that data.

While you can get this subscription, you can always continue using the Fitbit app as you have been doing until now if you aren't interested in Fitbit Premium. Our team always reviews the forums to gather feedback from our members that helps us to improve your experience. Your feedback is truly appreciated and be sure that it won't go unnoticed.

If you have any other question, let me know.
