Strategies for falling back to sleep during the last hour?

It is not uncommon for me to struggle through the last hour of my time in bed.  What effective strategies are recommended to more efficiently get back to one of the sleep stages during this last hour?  Thank you.Screenshot 2020-12-05 072645.png

You may want to check the Fitbit Blog or the Sleep Well forums where you could find useful posts such as Bedtime routine or good bedtime habits
