Stress Score isn't available with Premium

I get no stress management score nor do I get the valuations of the scores. I have premium, and it just says the information is in Premium included. So why no access??? Not happy!

Hi there, @Limo62.

Thanks for confirming that you have Premium, and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. While this is odd, please note there are certain requirements needed to get a stress score, such as:

  • Wearing a supported device for at least 1 full day and night
  • Taking at least 500 steps during the day
  • Having heart rate readings recorded

Assuming this applies to you, I'd recommend restarting your Fitbit device and wearing it about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone. Please test it in the next few days to see if this resolves the problem.
