I get no stress management score nor do I get the valuations of the scores. I have premium, and it just says the information is in Premium included. So why no access??? Not happy!

Thanks for confirming that you have Premium, and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. While this is odd, please note there are certain requirements needed to get a stress score, such as:
Assuming this applies to you, I'd recommend restarting your Fitbit device and wearing it about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone. Please test it in the next few days to see if this resolves the problem.
