TBH, I love my FitBit Inspire HR and the app and all that. I did the free trial at first and then continued as a full-paying member. I decided to cancel my Premium account right before my next billing cycle. Success in doing that...
HOWEVER I began seeing some ad blurb at the top of my FitBit app advertising a new 90-day trial period (which may or may not be linked to the COVID-19 lockdown)... I clicked it and went thru the button pressing that basically said BEGIN FREE 90-DAY TRIAL. It never once informed me that having paid for Premium before that I would not qualify... Even at the end of signing up it gave me a screen to confirm I was getting a FREE Premium Trial.
I checked a day later on my billing statement and found I was getting charged the full $9.99 for this month again. So basically, I am NOT getting any sort of FREE Trial despite the process I went thru.
Is there a way to cancel my account then and get refunded for the month of May 2020? I don't want to begin paying for Premium again since I just cancelled it. Maybe I missed something in the enrollment in the 90-days FREE but I never was told that this offer was ONLY for members who had NOT tried Premium yet.
So now what do I do to cancel and get a refund?

@djpurity A warm welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the 90-days free trial. I appreciate that you mentioned the procedure that you went though and I see where you're coming from.
The free trial for Fitbit Premium is for customers who haven’t previously activated a free trial for Fitbit Premium. Thanks for understanding.

No where did it say you couldn't get it free of you had ever tried the premium before. I did the same thing. They shouldn't advertise it as being free and then charge you without warning.
