After seeing the 90 premium trial via the app, I started my free tril but I was immediately charged for using the app. I have never used Premium before so why am I charged automatically for a 90 day free trial?

The same thing just happened to me. I do not want the service if I cannot try it beforehand, how do I cancel this and get a refund?

@Silvers8 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

The free trial for Fitbit Premium is for customers who haven’t previously activated a free trial for Fitbit Premium. Thanks for understanding.

Regarding your inquiry about cancelling, follow this procedure to cancel your subscription. Fitbit Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may want to contact the store where you purchased it from, in some special cases, they are able to provide refunds.
