I have been a long time member and really wanted to learn about Fitbit Premium. I was so excited that they had a 90 day free trial, especially during these difficult times. So I was surprised I was billed immediately. I tried to call, chat, but no luck. Just be weary of signing up for freebies. I guess somethings are just too good to be true!

As a side note, the free trial for Fitbit Premium is for customers who haven’t previously activated a free trial for Fitbit Premium. Thanks for understanding.
