I have recently signed up for Fitbit and have an email about offering a free 90 day trial for NHS staff. I have used my NHS email address to sign up.
I've clicked on the link in the NHS store for just the premium, but it's a broken link.
I asked the help chat, who escalated it, and received an email requesting screenshots fairly quickly, so I sent them off.
On my app, if I click on Premium, it says to try for 90 days free, but when I click subscribe, the only options are to sign up for a month or year contract.
I chose the month one, to see if the trial would set in at checkout, but it advised I'd be charged £7.99 today and then £9.99 each month after.
After searching the forum, it seems this is a problem for a lot of people, but couldn't see any NHS offer specific posts, or any actual solutions.
Anyone had any success with this?
Thanks!

@RJLupin A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for the detailed information shared.
I appreciate that you mentioned you have contacted our Support team. I've shared your post with them and they mentioned that your case has been escalated to the appropriate team, please expect a reply from them. Keep in mind that due to recent events affecting our operations, we may take a bit longer to get back to you.
In the meantime, please ensure that you're logged in Fitbit with your NHS work email and then click on the link that was provided by them in order to subscribe to the 90-day trial.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
