Premium worked this morning but the subscription renewed halfway through the day and since then I can no longer access it. The annual fee has been taken from my account, and in subscriptions it now says renews in 2021; however, when I try to access the Premium features it takes me to the start trial page. I've tried clicking restore purchases but it tells me there is an error, and I've logged out and back in which made no difference. How can this be fixed please?
