I'm Unable to send Message . or communicate with anyone that message me . please try and fix this error . I need to chat with my fans on Fitbit thank you.

I appreciate that you mentioned you're unable to message your Fitbit friends. If you're seeing this message on your Fitbit app, this means that the person that you were talking to is no longer your friend. 

If you're unable to message anyone, please ensure you have the latest app version. If you do, then please log out from the app and force quit it. After this, log back in again and try to message your friends again.

  • I had an issue in my previous account about message has ended when I'm still friend with my friends. Today I encounter same previous challenge in my new account. I can't comment, I can't reply text! Please help.

@Hithermann It's nice to see you in the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this. 

Keep in mind that when participating in Fitbit Premium Challenges, there's no option to chat with the people participating in the Challenge. 

Regarding the issue you're experiencing in the app, please confirm you have the latest Fitbit app version installed. Which phone model and OS do you have?

I have the same issue and I tried to do what you asked the other guy to do but it's still not working, despite the fact that I've gotten a new Fitbit account just to stay fit..I still can't communicate with friends and also I can't reply, comment or  cheer posts from friends . Please help me out with this..

Fitbit community features are a great way to connect with other Fitbit users, but at this time we’re only able to offer these features to customers with a device connected to their Fitbit account or to customers with a Premium subscription. If you want to post to community groups, comment on or cheer posts, or send friend requests, please connect a Fitbit device to your account.

I already connected my Fitbit app to my iPhone and it’s counting steps, but I can’t post or comment on groups and I can’t reply messages from friends even though I still receive them, and also I receive friend request but I can’t chat with them even when I’ve accepted them, I can’t participate in anything, please help me out with this.. what can I do ?

At this time, only users who have a Fitbit device connected to their accounts or have Fitbit Premium are able to post to community groups, comment on or cheer posts, or send friend requests. If you'd like to activate more options in the Fitbit app, connect a Fitbit device.

My conversation says it has ended but I am still friends with the same people. Please advise on how to handle this issue.
